Eli Kaplan is an associate in the Catastrophic Loss/Insurance Defense Section. Eli is a 2019 graduate of the William & Mary Law School. He was a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review. He received his B.A. degrees in Economics and Statistics-Econometrics from the University of Virginia in 2016.

After graduating from law school, Eli served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Arthur Bergman of the Middlesex Superior Court in New Brunswick, New Jersey, from 2019 to 2020. Following his clerkship, Eli was a Staff Attorney at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders in Virginia Beach.
