We expose summer associates to a wide range of out-of-office experiences. Summer associates attend trials, depositions, mediations, depositions and foreclosure sales, for example. Recent summer associates have traveled out-of-town to conduct due diligence investigations of properties being acquired by clients and served as “witnesses” in actual trials by reading deposition testimony into the court record.
Summer associates also participate in a Summer Educational and Training
Program that includes legal writing seminars and luncheons with
attorneys from different practice specialties to discuss the firm's
areas of practice. |
