Job Description

Willcox Savage, a commercial and corporate law firm located in Norfolk, Virginia, seeks an associate for its Employment Law Section. Willcox Savage employment attorneys defend clients in employment litigation regionally and nationally, provide proactive litigation avoidance counseling, assist with business immigration multinational employers, and provide fair housing advice to developers and management companies throughout the country.  

Qualifications

The position encompasses a blend of litigation, consulting and transactional work, and the ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience practicing employment law, and strong writing and interpersonal skills. Candidates with at least 2 years of other litigation experience will also be considered. 

This position involves immediate opportunities for client engagement, a direct and short track to equity partnership for strong performers, and a chance to contribute immediately to a diverse set of corporate clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 Companies.
