Our Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group has experience in all aspects of debt and lien enforcement, debt restructuring, asset acquisitions from failing companies, and the structuring of financial and business transactions. We appear regularly in bankruptcy courts and in federal and state courts of general jurisdiction. Our attorneys are skilled in complex bankruptcy and asset-recovery litigation, property foreclosures, and workouts.
Based on our ability to offer creative and practical solutions to debtor-creditor problems, we include among our clients institutional lenders, trade creditors and unsecured creditors committees, shareholders, bond trustees, health care providers, commercial landlords, municipalities, and bankruptcy trustees. Our attorneys have represented a number of financially troubled enterprises through debt restructure and chapter 11 proceedings, and we have served as court-appointed examiner and expert witness in several bankruptcy-related cases.
