New Government Relations/ Real Estate Team Formed
In recognition of the problematic trends in obtaining state and local governmental approvals and support for major commercial real estate projects, Willcox & Savage has developed a new professional service model, the Willcox & Savage Integrated Real Estate Services Team (“IRST”).

Our full service Government Relations Group provides individualized attention to its public and private sector clients. Two of the attorneys who comprise the group are former members of the Virginia House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate. They are affiliated as senior consultants with Kemper Consulting, Inc. and provide lobbying services for a variety of clients on state and local government issues.
This group represents corporations, associations and non-profit organizations in the fields of health care, solid waste disposal, transportation, real estate development, publishing concerns and local government entities before state governmental agencies and the Virginia General Assembly.
