Anthony is a civil litigation associate in the firm’s Products Liability and Toxic Torts practice groups. His practice focuses on the defense of products liability cases to include cosmetic talc, friction products, pumps, gaskets, and packing in both state and federal court. Anthony has assisted clients in a variety of stages of the litigation process including contract review, in-depth legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, depositions, expert development, and motions practice. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an enlisted Air Force servicemember working in the healthcare management field.
Before attending law school, Anthony graduated valedictorian from Full Sail University. While at Howard University School of Law, Anthony was the vice president of the Intellectual Property Law Students Association (IPSA). He was also awarded the Sidney B. Williams Intellectual Property Law Scholarship and the Orrick Outstanding IP Achievement Award for his work at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, LinkedIn, and the Future of Privacy Forum.

- Assesses and analyzes products in asbestos litigation to include friction products, pumps, gaskets, packing, joint compound and other products.
- Advises on risk management, compliance, and litigation avoidance strategies with clients and in-house counsel.
- Assists in the development of national experts for asbestos and talc litigation.
- Assists in the defense of asbestos cases nationally, including preparation for direct and cross examination of medical and scientific experts.
- Reviews medical literature to include epidemiology, pathology, and other literature for use in trial and expert preparation.
