Billy chairs the firm’s Labor and Employment Law group. He represents management in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including wage and hour litigation, equal employment opportunity, wrongful discharge litigation, enforcement of non-competition agreements, FMLA compliance and ADA litigation.
