Job Description

Willcox & Savage seeks a Paralegal for the Maritime Section. This position will support a busy maritime practice in various aspects of litigation, including duties such as trial discovery tasks, evidence preparation, and assisting with pleadings, subpoenas and deposition scheduling. This position will also provide support during trials and may involve travel.

Qualifications

This position will support a busy maritime practice in various aspects of litigation, including duties such as trial discovery tasks, evidence preparation, and assisting with pleadings, subpoenas and deposition scheduling. This position will also provide support during trials and may involve travel.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree combined with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and good organizational skills.

Experience in maritime law and litigation is preferred. Applicants must also have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
