Dylan D. Bishop has been profiled in the December 2025 issue of Virginia Lawyer in its “Lawyer Spotlight” feature, recognizing his leadership in organizing the 2025 Virginia Attorney General debate hosted by the Virginia State Bar and the University of Richmond.

As a member of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Section Board, Dylan served as the primary liaison among both campaigns, the Virginia State Bar, and the University of Richmond. He coordinated all aspects of the debate, including establishing protocols, shaping the discussion topics, and supporting VSB President K. Brett Marston in moderating an event that drew a full in person audience and thousands of livestream viewers across the Commonwealth.

Dylan currently serves as senior vice president of government relations at Willcox Savage Consulting LLC, a government affairs consulting group based in Richmond, Virginia. He also is a member of Willcox & Savage, P.C. and played a key role in opening the firm’s Richmond office. In his government relations practice, Dylan provides strategic counsel to businesses and trade associations on legislative, regulatory, and administrative matters, representing clients in sectors that include energy, healthcare, transportation, gaming, heavy construction, procurement, and state employees.

Willcox Savage congratulates Dylan on this well deserved recognition and celebrates his ongoing commitment to civic engagement, meaningful policy work, and leadership in the Virginia legal community.
