Jaime concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax-exempt organizations, and federal and local taxation. 

Jaime's practice includes drafting estate planning documents and advising clients regarding the administration of estates and trusts. She assists in the formation of tax-exempt organizations, including public charities, private foundations, and private operating foundations, and provides guidance to tax-exempt organizations regarding compliance and other legal questions. 

She has experience with corporate, international, partnership, and local taxation issues, and she formerly practiced as the public finance attorney for the City of Virginia Beach.
