Willcox Savage attorney Thomas C. Inglima has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Law in the 2009 edition of Chambers USA. Tom regularly handles large corporate transactions and most recently led the legal team that completed the complex sale of The Weather Channel on behalf of Landmark Media Enterprises LLC. At Willcox Savage, Tom serves as the leader of the corporate and securities practice group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and venture capital. Tom received an A.B. in 1989 from Duke University and a J.D. in 1992 from Georgetown University.
