David A. Kushner practices in our Labor and Employment group. He advises and represents businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship and in employment related litigation. David has recently been selected as a Virginia Legal Elite Top Lawyer Under 40, Benchmark Litigation Future Star and Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star.

David graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. He received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2002.
