Virginia Super Lawyers 2010 has recognized Susan R. Blackman as one of the "Top 25" female lawyers in the state. Susan is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Group, where her practice focuses on employment law and business immigration. She serves as Chair of the firm's Business Immigration Law Team.

Susan advises business managers about legal issues relating to employees, and represents employers in federal and state court cases involving all types of employment-related lawsuits. She also advises managers regarding employee discipline, personnel policies and compliance with employment and immigration laws.
