Allie represents landlords in commercial real estate matters, with particular depth in the negotiation and modification of complex leases for retail, office, and mixed-use properties. She also counsels landlords on day-to-day operational issues, ensuring that their interests are protected in an evolving marketplace. Before joining Willcox Savage, she distinguished herself at the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and serving as Lead Articles Editor of the Public Interest Law Review.
Allie regularly represents landlords in the drafting, negotiation, and modification of leases across retail, office, and mixed-use developments. Her work includes structuring agreements that balance flexibility with protection, allowing property owners to maximize long-term value while avoiding future disputes.
In addition to lease negotiations, Allie advises landlords on a wide range of operational issues. She provides responsive, practical solutions to everyday challenges that arise in the management of commercial properties, ensuring that owners are well-positioned to address both routine and unexpected concerns.
As a student advocate with the University of Richmond’s Children’s Defense Clinic, Allie represented clients in immigration and juvenile delinquency matters. Drawing on her Spanish language skills, she worked directly with families navigating highly personal challenges, gaining experience that sharpened her ability to listen closely, advocate effectively, and craft solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
