Defending Complex Toxic Tort, Products Liability, and High-Exposure Litigation

Andrea Bayly is Counsel in Willcox Savage's Asbestos Defense Litigation and Products Liability Section. She represents corporations, insurers, and professionals in complex civil litigation involving toxic tort, asbestos, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, and personal injury claims. Andrea guides clients through every stage of the litigation process, from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice, expert development, trial preparation, and appeal.

Drawing on more than a decade of litigation experience, Andrea has handled high-exposure matters involving complex factual, scientific, and medical issues. She has defended clients in jurisdictions across the country and has extensive experience developing case strategy, managing large-scale discovery, and working closely with experts to build and present sophisticated defenses. Her ability to distill complicated legal and technical issues into practical litigation strategies helps clients navigate risk while maintaining focus on business objectives.

Prior to joining Willcox Savage, Andrea served as Senior Counsel with a national law firm, where she represented corporate clients in environmental and toxic tort litigation involving talc and silica exposure claims, as well as premises liability and habitability matters. She also spent several years defending physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice litigation, gaining significant experience in expert-driven cases and high-stakes dispute resolution.

Andrea's practice is strengthened by a broad litigation background that includes motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, appellate advocacy, and professional liability defense. She is known for her thoughtful case analysis, thorough preparation, and ability to effectively manage complex litigation from inception through resolution.
