Associate
Brooklyn Bollweg is an associate in the firm's Trusts & Estates practice. She advises individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, trust administration, and related matters.
Brooklyn first joined Willcox Savage as a Summer Associate in 2024, where she worked alongside attorneys across a variety of practice areas and developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and client service.
She earned her J.D. from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. During law school, Brooklyn served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review and gained valuable judicial experience through a federal judicial internship with the Honorable Karen E. Schreier of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.
Following law school, Brooklyn clerked for Justices Janine M. Kern and Robert Gusinsky of the South Dakota Supreme Court, where she conducted legal research, analyzed complex legal issues, and assisted in drafting opinions across a wide range of appellate matters.
Brooklyn approaches her work with diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients plan confidently for the future.
