Faith is an associate whose practice centers on corporate counseling and transactions, with additional experience supporting the firm’s intellectual property matters. She advises companies on day-to-day business law and corporate governance, commercial contracting, and the legal mechanics of mergers and acquisitions. Faith’s earned a J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School, where she received the George Wythe Award for Devotion and Outstanding Service, and a B.A., cum laude, and M.A. from Mary Baldwin University. Faith began her career with Willcox Savage as a summer associate. She serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Notable Work & Achievements

Corporate governance and CTA compliance counsel

Faith guides closely held companies and new ventures through entity selection, formation, and maintenance, and she advises officers and managers on corporate governance practices. She counsels clients on reporting obligations under the Corporate Transparency Act and tracks developments affecting filings and enforcement.

Transactions and commercial contracting

Working alongside lead corporate and in-house counsel, Faith supports partner integration arrangements, master services agreements, and other core commercial contracts that sit at the heart of acquisitions and strategic alliances.

Trademark enforcement result

In collaboration with lead counsel, Faith helped obtain a federal default judgment for a multistate healthcare provider franchise whose trademarks were being infringed upon after multiple requests to cease and desist. The court awarded trebled statutory damages totaling to $1,224,538.53 in addition to attorneys’ fees.
