Hannah brings disciplined, solutions-oriented experience to her practice with the Maritime Practice Group, handling both maritime and employment law claims.
Hannah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Regent Law School. She attended law school part-time while finishing up her seven-year career with the Coast Guard Community Services Command as a Human Resource Manager—overseeing company policies and the employment handbook, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act cases, Equal Employment Opportunity claims, and Anti-Harassment/Potential Hate investigations.
Hannah earned the 2017 U.S. Coast Guard HR Management Award for Excellence and was recognized as the 2021 Senior NAF Employee of the Year. Hannah holds PHR and SPHR certifications, in addition to a master’s degree in management, with a focus in Human Resources. Hannah earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and while in attendance was in the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program. Upon graduation, she was recognized as a distinguished military graduate. She served four years as an active-duty U.S. Army Human Resource Officer, which included a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Hannah represents and advises clients in both Maritime & Admiralty and Employment law matters with clear, practical direction. She defends complex maritime insurance claims, maritime personal injury matters, and limitation of liability actions —driving issues to resolution with a focused strategy.
Hannah brings human resource expertise to the law. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She also has a master’s degree in management with a focus in Human Resources from American Military University (2018).
