Jonathan is an associate attorney in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He represents companies and their executives in contract disputes, business torts, and employment matters.

Notable Work & Achievements

Jonathan is an officer in the Virginia Army National Guard and had a decade-long career leading classrooms as a high school teacher at home and abroad.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was a staff member of the University of Richmond Law Review. He is a recipient of multiple CALI Awards in Legal Analysis & Writing and in Legal Research. In addition to serving as summer associate at Willcox Savage, Jonathan was a legal intern with Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. He also holds an M.A.Ed. from the College of William & Mary and a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia.

Prior to attending law school, Jonathan held teaching roles with the Department of Defense Education Activity in Seoul, South Korea, and Prince George High School in Virginia, as well as service as a United States Peace Corps education volunteer in Mozambique. He also contributes regularly to community rebuilding projects through Tri-Cities Workcamp.
