Negotiating Commercial Leases and Supporting Real Estate Transactions

Josh works with institutional landlords to provide careful and practical guidance throughout the lifecycle of commercial properties. Josh is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate section, where he works with owners and property managers on a variety of issues at properties across the country. Josh joined the firm through the summer associate program and holds a J.D. from the Wake Forest School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and was a founding member of the Wake Forest Law Ambassador program, and earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Texas State University.

Notable Work & Achievements

Josh works with institutional commercial property owners to tackle an array of leasing and property management issues. He has negotiated leases, lease amendments, and assignments at office, retail, and mixed-use properties across the country. Josh assists property managers in the day-to-day operation of commercial properties and has worked to negotiate solutions to a number of disputes between landlords and tenants.
