12/07/17

We are deeply saddened to announce that our firm’s namesake and leader, Toy D. Savage, Jr., a partner at Willcox Savage, passed away on December 7, 2017.

Mr. Savage started practicing law in 1948, and still enjoyed coming into the office with a smile on his face and a witty joke to share. He remained fully engaged about the interests of clients, the community and charitable endeavors his entire career.

An avid historian, Mr. Savage spent many hours compiling the firm’s long history, and liked to say that the forbearers of Willcox Savage first associated in 1620. We are proud that their legacy remains integral to our firm to this day.

He will be missed.
