New member expands firm’s reach in construction and commercial real estate
Willcox Savage is pleased to announce that Kelley C. Holland has joined the firm as a member/partner in its downtown Norfolk headquarters. With more than fifteen years of experience spanning private practice and in-house leadership, Kelley brings a unique blend of trial-tested commercial and construction litigation skills and strategic business counsel. In addition to commercial litigation, she also will serve as an adjunct to the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Section, further deepening the firm’s strength in commercial construction and real estate development.
Kelley most recently served as General Counsel for The Hourigan Group, a leading Mid-Atlantic construction and development firm. In that role, she led legal strategy, risk management, project partnerships, contract negotiation and enforcement, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets. Prior to her in-house leadership, Kelley was a litigation partner at Williams Mullen, where she focused on general commercial, environmental, and construction litigation in both state and federal courts. Her earlier experience includes clerking for The Honorable D. Arthur Kelsey at the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Kelley holds a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
“We’re thrilled to have Kelley join us as a partner,” said Tom Inglima, Willcox Savage CEO. “We have very strong commercial real estate and commercial litigation sections, but Kelley has a unique combination of skills, having practiced both in private practice and as general counsel to one of the leading general contractors in Virginia and the surrounding states. We know she will complement and expand our talent and be a next-generation leader in a dynamic practice area.”
