He has negotiated and modified leases for national retailers, grocery stores, and restaurants at shopping centers across the country. His work has included transactions with Target, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, Office Depot, Petco, PetSmart, Kohl’s, Ross Stores, Old Navy, H&M, Skechers, The Children’s Place, JoS. A. Bank, Michaels, CVS, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, Harbor Freight, AutoZone, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Chipotle, McDonald’s, and many others.
Matt has extensive experience with office leases with national companies for office, flex and industrial properties. National players such as Marriott Corporation, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Huntington Ingalls, Dole Foods, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen, and the General Services Administration.
Matt has structured tenant-in-common ownership arrangements for investor groups and represented hotel owners and developers in acquisitions, financing, and sales of hospitality properties.
