Willcox Savage is pleased to announce that Joseph B. Allen has accepted an invitation to join the American College of LLC & Partnership Attorneys (ACLPA) as a Fellow. Joe’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, limited liability company and corporate governance, joint ventures, and complex commercial agreements, including software licensing and significant supply and distribution arrangements. He also holds leadership roles within Virginia’s business law community.

With Joe’s selection, Willcox Savage adds a second practicing attorney to the roster of Fellows of the College that includes Founding Fellow and member of the Board of Directors, Allan G. Donn. This distinction reflects the firm’s sustained engagement with limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law across both client service and professional leadership.

About the American College of LLC & Partnership Attorneys

The ACLPA was formed to promote high professional standards; to improve the law and its practice; and to advance authoritative education in the law of limited liability companies, partnerships, and other unincorporated entities. Fellowship recognizes attorneys, judges, and professors who have devoted substantial effort—over a period of at least 10 years—to initiatives such as organizing bar projects, writing scholarly and practice-oriented articles, teaching continuing legal education or law school courses, drafting legislation, and practicing with a sustained focus on these areas of law.
