  • Advises clients on data breach-related notifications required under state and federal law.
  • Drafts privacy policies, internal compliance protocols and privacy training materials on CCPA, TCPA and other state and federal privacy laws.
  • Assists specialized manufacturer with obtaining and maintaining motor vehicle manufacturer and dealership licenses in Virginia.
  • Drafts and negotiates various commercial contracts, including end user license agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
