Willcox Savage is pleased to announce our new Chief Operating Officer, Rich Duke. Rich has previously held leadership positions with McGuireWoods and Hirschler. 

Rich is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and earned his M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also served as an aviation officer in the US Army.
